Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@suppranova.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.
